CSS3 toggle buttons don't display checked #560

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to 
http://closure-library.googlecode.com/git/closure/goog/demos/css3button.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The Show and Underline buttons should be checked, but they aren't.  Clicking on 
the buttons doesn't fix it - they look like normal buttons.

I think the solution is to add .goog-css3-button-checked to 
../css/css3button.css.  I've sent a patch to the group.
