We want to track performance metrics which are described in Aceelerate book.

Deployment Frequency - the number of times deploys to production occur in a time period.
Lead Time - the time it takes to go from a master /mege to a PRODUCTION environment.
Mean Time to Restore - how long it takes to resolve or rollback an error in production. (from first alarm from metrics)
Change Fail Percentage - what percentage of changes to production (software releases and configuration changes) fail. (Only PROD environment)

Metrics should be available as Grafana dashboard and you can switch between teams to see metrics.
