SpatialDataWrapper v2 #373

(I messed up the git history by merging with main in https://github.com/vitessce/vitessce-python/pull/333 incorrectly)

This PR updates the SpatialDataWrapper implementation from @ilan-gold to support passing a target coordinate system as a string and also support passing the SpatialData object via sdata_artifact (analogous to adata_artifact in #371 )
