this PR updates the overview/Architecture section. Including the following

removes the vtworker section (deprecated)
replace the architecture diagram to match the English version
adds independent sections Execution Plans, MoveTables, Query Rewriting, VStream, vtctl, vtctld & VTGate
other small nits & corrections
