To edit notification comments on pull requests, go to your Netlify site configuration.
The docs currently say that enabling the throttler auto-enables heartbeats. That is incorrect and is the topic of https://github.com/vitessio/vitess/issues/15303. This PR fixes the docs and better clarifies how heartbeat should be configured.
Updated for all supported versions + current.
