Option to download high-definition cover art images #70

Cover art image are limited to 600x600. Quboz provides cover art images of higher definitions.

They are not limited. You can add the --og-cover flag to any command or set og_cover to true in the config.ini and qobuz-dl will download the covers in the max quality.
