This add first line match pattern to detect (shell script) shebang line.

This guy's a real piece of work. He's active almost every day, yet "mysteriously" unable to accept PRs for his widely used Atom package.

@OlingCat Sorry, I somehow ended up with this repo unwatched so I haven't been receiving updates unless mentioned.

@alexchandel Has the thought occurred to you that regular activity has a strong correlation with being too busy to check on random repos? There are much better ways to ping repo maintainers than being snarky.

@euler0 Sorry, due to the unwatching I don't think I ever saw anything for this. Merging.

@vito No worries. I didn't even know GitHub made it possible to stop receiving note's on one's own repos.
