Add rainbow-colored parentheses/brackets/braces #4

Rainbow-colored parentheses (and other delimiters) are incredibly useful in Lisp. The only Atom package that does anything like this is https://atom.io/packages/swackets, which doesn't behave well with this package. Please implement this.

This issue may be partially addressed by a swackets update.
