[Vito v2.x] Failed Installing Database Services (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL), Error `The type field is required.` #311

Describe the bug An error occurred while attempting to install the PostgreSQL/MariaDB/MySQL database service.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Server details
  2. Click on Services sub menu
  3. Click on Install Service
  4. Select service name for database postgresql, mariadb, or mysql
  5. See error The type field is required.

Expected behavior Database service installed successfully.
