[Vito v2.x] The server provider did not show up after successfully `Connect to a Server Provider` #316

Describe the bug The server provider did not show up after successfully connecting to server provider. I must refresh the browser to display the results.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Server Providers
  2. Click on Connect button
  3. Fill up required fields
  4. Click on Connect button
  5. See result

Expected behavior The page refreshed automatically, so current connected server provider shown.
