Add new methods to fetch archetypes

Fetcher types:

• [x] git: git repository
• [x] local: path on local machine
• [ ] http: HTTP url
• [x] npm: any NPM repository protocol

What is http? It's just protocol, so this target require additional information about content

Done all except HTTP. Let's implement it later if will necessary for someone
