Feature Request: Run from index.html file in browser offline #4

Great paper wallet generator for Nano ! It would be nice if it could be run on an offline computer by clicking the index.html file without needing to install npm on the offline computer. You can find an example of what I mean with an older paper wallet generator at, https://github.com/numtel/rai-paper-wallet/
