Add Env variables for Output template and Playlist output template #159

Added two Environment variable to permit the customization of the output templates, for a single file and a Playlist.

The two variables are playlist_out_template and out_template

if not found then the current defaults are used.

Thank you. I’ll make a release soon with these. I’ll also convert them to Alfred 5’s GUI config in a release not too far into the future., but I’ll want to to split Workflows into their own repos when that happens.
