Adding code block support using Rouge #77

Added rouge to the html and rtf script so that syntax code highlighting could be supported for both exports.

However, due to the nature of redcarpet and it being built for each user, this change has 354 changed files, which I’m not going to review. I also can’t accept a built .alfredworkflow; I need to be the one to do it for security reasons.

To have this implemented, I need that you tell me what the changes are, so I can replicate them.
