C-70 Support? #34

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

I don't see any mention in the documentation or user guides about C-70 support,
and the latest version of this program was released nearly a year ago (January;
it's now December).

Before trying this on a system with a C-70 (some new Acer netbooks), I am
wondering if the creators of the software condone its use on this chip.

Anyone tried this with a C-70 yet?

What recommended default settings? I haven't seen any for the C-70 yet.

I use p0 @ 1.33GHz:1.000V, p1 @ 1.00GHz:0.900V, p2 @ 800MHz:0.800V for my C-60,
although I've heard many C-60's cannot undervolt 1.33GHz at all.

Also, does the C-70 support setting both p0 and p1 to 1.33GHz (locking the CPU
to 1.33GHz/turbo "permanently")? This is sometimes how I run the processor when
doing demanding chores or games, boosting performance tremendously.

C-70 is beeing supported, since it is basically just a frequency bump of
previous APU versions. Undervolting capabilities of each specific part are
varying.
