Migration from jcenter / bintray #23

Bintry / jcenter soon will not be available. You should move your repository into a new location.

Thanks for the reminder @MrBananaJoe1990.

I've been postponing this a bit too much already 😄. I'll probably do this during this month or the next.

I already have credentials to publish to Sonatype, I just need to change the publishing scripts and so on.

If anyone feels adventurous and want to give a hand setting up the plug-ins, a PR will be very welcome.

I came back to say:

  1. Jcenter is not shutting down completely, but it will stay as read-only. So no need to worry big about this.
  2. I'm doing this during this week anyway, as a lot of projects have planned a migration date to the end of this year.

After I realised JCenter wasn't going down I relaxed on this topic.

But it's now published on Maven Central: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/xyz/schwaab/avvylib/1.2.0/
