Adopting Elm for real development required to be versatile. So test method is one of them. Hence we need to know general test method and what libraries to be used generally, how to write/run test in Elm environment.

[x] find out common test method in Elm community.
[ ] how to prepare test environment.
[ ] edit a document installation/how to write/ how to run.
