adapt getDHTTemp.py to python3 #428

Fix for issue #424

Works perfect on my Pi4 with python3. Thank you bro

But i changed the delay between the readings to more than 30sec, because when set to default (10sec) i got sometimes faulty readings... (reading works -> 10s -> didn't work -> 10s -> works -> .....)
