[BUG] Issue with changing language in Settings: a mix of languages #1058

Describe the bug Changing language in settings results in mixed languages in the Settings page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Settings
Click on Language
Change it to another 100% translated language like Swedish
Go back to Settings
Change back language to English
Go back to Settings

Expected behavior All settings text in english

Actual Behaviour A mix of English and Swedish
