[BUG] Logged in account can see drafts from other accounts #1172

Describe the bug Not sure whether bug or "as designed" but currently logged in account can see drafts from other accounts in the app

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a draft with an account
  2. Switch to a second account in the app
  3. Navigate to Note where draft was posted
  4. See the draft from other account (cannot edit it)

Expected behavior Probably drafts from other accounts should not be visible
