No network configuration page on initial Loading #57

Due to documentation: "If the html/javascript files are not uploaded and BrewManiacEx is not connected to a network, a page of network selection will show up. If it doesn’t show up automatically, go to http://192.168.4.1/"

my output while connected to AP 192.168.4.1 ESP8266 System update Firmware version: 0.4.7 Failed to get information. Check network connection or check webside HTML/Javascript version: 0 Failed to get information. Check network connection or check webside

after some idle Scan button appeared and I was able to proceed with configuration.
