LCD going crazy after a while #85

Mi 20x4 lcd start drifting and becomes unreadable after a while. I am pretty sure is noise in the wiring but I try shielding whit no luck. when I go back to the main screen the lcd refresh it fixed itself. There is a way to refresh the entire lcd after X seconds. So if any noise come in it will be fixed by itself.

I thought it were BPL.

The real cause is EMI. I sometimes has this issue. You might try press "UP" + "DOWN" + "Start" buttons simultaneously to refresh the LCD.
