Remove obsolete plugin.xml from monitorededitor tests #312

I shouldn't have reverted all my changes without checking completeness after you were faster with pushing the removal in #307 😄 The plugin.properties also seem to be obsolete. But as far as I can see that should be the last survivor.

I also remove the plugin.properties.
