Minor fixes to features and updatesites:

Name of the V-SUM testutils feature
Deployment of the correct V-SUM testutils feature
Specification of the change visualization feature for updatesite

The applications changes cannot be merged due to the updatesite bugs corrected by this PR. Because the applications changes cannot be merged, the application validation fails. However, this PR cannot break anything in the applications, which is why I merge it although the application validation fails.
