Adapt to renaming applications repository to case studies #557

Adapts the validation workflow to changed repository name from Vitruv-Applications-ComponentBasedSystems to Vitruv-CaseStudies acccording to vitruv-tools/Vitruv-Applications-ComponentBasedSystems#228. Has to be merged after merging vitruv-tools/Vitruv-Applications-ComponentBasedSystems#228 and after renaming the repository.
