All animated textures look like a solid black surface with a strip of rainbow noise across #19

Having install the high res texture pack, all textures look great, except all animated textures, such as water, lava, portals, all look like a black texture with a strip of rainbox coloured noise across it at regular intervals. I suspect this mod isn't responsible for the pack however I can't discern where I should otherwise complain! The water does look OK when I load the non-VR version on the menu rolling demo, I assume that is using the same texture pack?

FYI I'm on Rift CV1. Decided to wipe the entire game direction and install only v0.0.3 without the texture pack at all and all animated textures still have the same problem.

I wonder if part of this is due to me having a Radeon 5700XT, I'm always a little skeptical of AMD drivers, though I've had zero graphical corruption with any other many VR games until now.

I've tried to get a hold of Quakespasm from https://vorboss.dl.sourceforge.net/project/quakespasm/Windows/quakespasm-0.93.2_win64.zip to see if that replicates the issue, however the link appears to be dead and times out.

The same issue does NOT happen in Quakespasm Rift 2.1.

Need to check if https://github.com/Zackin5/Quakespasm-OpenVR/issues/1 is related.

I have the same issue with a 2080 TI, will look into it.
