1) This is now module 3. I followed the original modules outline here. However, this doesn't make sense anymore since it assumes that the reparametrisation gradient is known. We have to adjust the modules outline soon.
2) Where it says "insert picture" I will plot a Bernoulli cdf to show that it is flat between 0 and 1 and thus not invertible.
3) I slimmed the conference names in the bib file.
