Adding semisupervised case #27

I am adding the semisupervised model of Neubig. It's not complete yet, so please don't merge. I would just like some initial feedback. I'm going for dinner now and will work on this afterwards. For the morphological node (y), I want to have colouring that is half white and half gray so as to indicate that it is observed sometimes.

@wilkeraziz Alright, I've added everything that I wanted to add. I also designed a little goodbye slide. Let's talk about this tomorrow at breakfast.
