Move new commands to vimacros.sty #6

To import vimacros into files in subfolders we'll have to use relative paths or one of the strategies described here: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/138745/can-i-usepackage-with-a-full-path I am using relative paths for now.

relative paths should be fine
