This pull request is currently work in progress and targets the following issues:

[x] Ensure files.json is created correctly
[x] Use python-minifier directly as Python module, instead of os.system()
[x] Avoid to use os.system() in any case when a shutils- or os-replacement exists
[x] ~~Use Python standard zip module for zipping~~ Use shutils.make_archive for zipping
