Please rename "phone-book" to "categories" and remove the phone #4

Getting rid of the »phone« and »phone-book« icons is a good idea. But I don't think that categories is the right name. We would need »contact« and »contacts« or »addresses« instead.

We do have an icon called »smartphone« though … please rename it to phone and retire the old one.
