Error Uploading #6

I'm getting an error when I try to run this -

"INFO:root:Uploading image to TV at 192.168.1.98 ERROR:root:There was an error uploading the image to TV at 192.168.1.98: send_image request failed with error number -1 done, closing now! s6-rc: info: service legacy-services: stopping"
