This is presently only used with tellurium. tellurium does not raise exceptions when simulations fail. Instead, tellurium returns NaN. By default, BioSimulators raises errors for NaN results, aligning tellurium's behavior more closely with other tools. VALIDATE_RESULTS=False turns off this additional validation.
