Sound buffering level in options. #49

The user should be able to select their desired level of sound buffering in
the options.  Should be a power of two >= 256 (it'll get bumped up to one
if it isn't).

1024 *1, 2, or 4 should be the default.

Fixed in git (1465cf), will be merged alongside issue 11.
