Should be able to see time to completion of a base #86

As far as I can tell there is no way to tell how much time/resources are
still required to complete a base which is under construction.

There should be a way to see this information (or, if that already exists,
it should be easier to find)

This was fixed in git commit 8ae76272e17d6796077e1c4d8de44474224bda92, and will 
be published in next release. Thanks for the report, and hope you like how the 
remaining time is now displayed.
