[QUESTION] Read from local settings

Hi there 👋

We have our configuration file .commitlintrc.yml at the root of the project with scope-enum and type-enum.

The extension wasn't picking up the config file - my questions are

• Is there a extension config to set which files to reference to?
• Or do you recommend using a different file type (or rename the file)?
