add notion of session to entk #20

This should also avoid overwriting of profiles if profiles carry the session id in their names

This sessions gets passed to RP. Create a folder in this session and move all entk logs+profs into this folder. This will make it easier to share.

This is done is feature/session branch in radical-cybertools/radical.entk
