Pawna dam situated in pawna nagar works under water resource department Khadakwasla Irrigation Division Pune The average rainfall in pawna nagar is 3500mm Water released from dam for P.C.M.C and other consumers through Hydro-electric project which capacity is 12000 cusec

Architecture:- Dam has 6 gates Size of each gate is 12.2m*4.27m
