Create a way to manage the crop database #16

Perhaps a webpage which lists the contents of the DB.. and where existing data can me changes or new items can be added...

One thing to be take care of is that if a crop is associated with a farmer.. then only updation should be allowed.. not deletion

Send the details on how changes can be done... Add the documentation for this.
