Fix various issues and add a howto #41

add howto to the readme
ask for audio/camera permissions #33
use HTTP for simpler debugging (no certificates needed)
fix listening socket signaling server (otherwise it listens on IPv6 only by default!)
fix video display for newer browsers #38
fix typo in class name (RTCSsseionDescription => RTCSessionDescription) #38

~~Disclaimer: I haven't got it to work yet. But this seems to be a step forward.~~ ~~Seems to work now. But the video from the app does not appear in the browser yet. No idea about sound.~~

Audio and video seem to work both ways now.
