Conclusion:

Except for wc+rs-3d-c4, AL3 does not add any value to the quality of the solutions. However, the win of this method is it is extremely fast. For the datasets, 20 repeats with all datasets takes under 10 mins.

i was not expecting al3 to be better. just faster.

also, where is your IQR? are the differences between ALs and epals significant?
