Flash20 = Flash + (lives=20) -- from #23

Flash4 = Flash3 + just one random sample (selected_few) from each window

Comments:

• When compared to Flash3, Flash4 reduces the number of evaluation but takes a hit on performance as well.
• Except for number of evaluations, Flash20 (Flash + (lives=20)) doesn't do much.
