What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Configure login to work correctly

  1. Do some lookups - all good
  2. Leave for a while with no lookup activity. I'm not sure how long, maybe 1 day
  3. Try a lookup again - does not work. Takes a long time searching (see first attachment), maybe 15 seconds and then returns "Undefined Result, please try again" )(see second attachment)
  4. Go back into settings and and click the "Log in" button. All good, that works.
  5. Now searches work again

What version of the product are you using? 2.07

What version of Android are you running? Jellybean on an S4

What version of Exchange are you connecting to? I think its most likely 2007 Please provide any additional information below. It seems like this is some kind of credential timeout issue. Its like when you first connect you get a token which is valid for authentication for a limited period of inactivity. Once it has timed out you need to re login to get it back again. I have no idea if this is how the app works and I also am open to the possibilty that in this particular case it could be a limitation of the specific Exchange server I am connecting to.

However, it would be good if, the app could work around this as follows - when the app detects this state it automatically reissues the log in for me so that it is a seamless experience for me.
