The current version available in the Marketplace What version of Android are you running? 4.2.2 What version of Exchange are you connecting to? Google Apps for Business Please provide any additional information below. The only other thing I can think of potentially causing an issue is that we use 2 Factor Authentication. The phone and everything else on it are fully functional though.
