I can't log in - I am ABSOLUTELY sure my login information are correct. What could be wrong?

Can you please confirm the following

• You are using https:// in the server URL i.e. the URL should be entered as https://mail.example.com - There are no unintended spaces in your username and password

If none of these work, can you please indicate the following

• Exchange Server version you are connecting to
• Device you are using
• Os your device is running.

Looks like the issue is that the server that the app is connecting to is using a self-signed cert.
