Overview of the feature request

When the generator is run:

stash changes if any
generate cookie-consent code
commit generated code with message "Add cookie-consent - generated by generator-jhipster-cookie-consent@"
pop stashed changes if (1) was performed

Motivation / Use Case

To commit generated code (like the main generator-jhipster functionality)
