A webbased repository + revision control that allows third parties to provide 
modules for the 
community in an elegant way.

Should make it easy for an installation of simplesamlphp to get modules from 
the repository.

This can probably be replaced with something composer-based. Closing it for 
now, specific changes can be opened as issues on GitHub.
