Invalid HTML in default SimpleSamlPhp theme #617

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit any SimpleSamlPhp page with Safari 7
2. View the inspector ⌘⌥I
3. Notice the red marked line with the meta tag containing 
"target-densitydpi=device-dpi"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No errors in the HTML

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SimpleSamlPHP 1.11.0, but SVN seems to have the same problem. OS X 10.9.1 on 
the client, with Safari 7.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi!

Since it doesn't make any difference at all in most browsers used today, I've 
just removed it. Later on we'll have to consider adapting the CSS a bit better 
to mobile devices...

Removed in r3367.
