gitignore Manifest #4

@vivekreddy049 , in Julia you only add the Project.toml, but not the Manifest.toml to the repo. Could you please gitignore the Manifest?

You have to delete the leading .. But I think you will get into trouble cause it is already added. Bit complicated.You know what, don't worry about #4, for now. Let's do that later.
