Just a heads up to anyone paying attention: the LS API is now returning an 
accuracy
property.  I do not see any documentation on it in the AJAX Search API docs, 
BUT it
looks like it is based on the same scale as the GMaps API's GClientGeocoder 
accuracy
ranking, which is detailed here:

So I guess this suggestion changes to: document accuracy of LocalSearch 
coordinates
